Terms of Service

Welcome to CrispCV. By accessing or using crispcv.co (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Service. CrispCV provides online tools to create, edit, and download resumes and CVs. Access to certain templates, export formats, and features requires a one-time purchase of the applicable package.
  2. Purchases. All packages are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the purchased features. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely; you will receive a secure checkout link to complete your purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment.
  3. License. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use CrispCV's templates and tools to create resumes for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish CrispCV's templates or software.
  4. Your content. You retain ownership of the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy. You grant CrispCV a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
  5. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  6. Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is." CrispCV does not guarantee employment outcomes. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrispCV's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
  8. Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
